At a very stressful time, while worrying about test results, I needed some reassurance. Dr. Furgiuele returned my call on a Friday evening. What I didn’t realize at the time was that she was out of town celebrating her daughter’s graduation! Yet she took time out to call me and give me that much needed encouragement.

I think that says a lot about Dr. Furgiuele and the caring and compassionate physician she is.

Dr. Furgiuele states that her patients are her priority and she’s always available to listen. This statement could not be more true! I have seen a lot of different doctors in my lifetime and I have to say that she is exceptional. I feel very secure in her care.

She listens and always takes the time to answer any questions you might ask. The office staff is remarkable also. I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Furgiuele and staff are an awesome crew. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer two and a half years ago and though I was terrified, Dr. Furgiuele made me feel comfortable and was very reassuring. They all are very caring and understanding... just a great group of people.

As a man with breast cancer, I went over 3 years with a lump on my left side, only after one appeared on my right did I seek help. Dr. Furgiuele was quick to take care of me, performing a double mastectomy within days. Her knowledge, experience and information were invaluable to my recovery.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 35. Dr. Furgiuele saw me and operated the very next day. The overwhelming experience was made easier by her advice and guidance. Maryann scheduled my appointments and took care of the paperwork.

My second diagnosis was at age 37. I wouldn’t consider going to another surgeon. I live 2 hours away and will continue coming to this practice for my follow up care and future surgeries. They are compassionate and caring and very helpful.
